What data do we collect?

The personal information we process about you broadly falls into two main categories:

  • Contact Information: such as name, address, telephone number, email address and organisation details, which are collected from you or through publicly available resources;
  • Administrative and Billing Information: such as details relating to service engagements or enquiries (including any communications in relation to those engagements or enquiries), information about other people (such as staff members) that you share with us in connection to our services, and your organisation’s billing, payment, and banking details. These details are collected from you.

Please note that if you do not provide us with your contact information, we may not be able to provide you with a response to any enquiry you might make in relation to our services. In addition, if you do not provide us with your contact information and requested administrative and billing information, we will not be able to provide services to you.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Rembrace Ltd with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you contact our company to make enquiries in relation to our services and solutions, and/or, when you engage Rembrace Ltd to deliver these services and solutions.

How will we use your data?

Rembrace Ltd must always have a lawful basis for processing your personal data. The lawful basis may include 1) an ability to perform a contract with you, 2) to comply with a legal obligation or 3) for our legitimate interests as Rembrace Ltd. More than one lawful basis may be relevant in certain circumstances.  

The purposes for collecting your data may vary depending on the circumstances. Rembrace Ltd collects your data to:

How do we store your data?

We do also ask third party service providers to carry out IT support, cloud platform and data hosting business functions for us. In this instance, we will ensure that we have an agreement with our service providers which restricts how they are able to process your personal data and which also imposes appropriate security standards on them.

Marketing

Rembrace Ltd may send you information about Rembrace Ltd products and services that we think you might like to receive, but only if you have agreed to receive this marketing. You may always opt out of these marketing communications. You also have the right at any time to stop Rembrace Ltd from contacting you for any marketing purposes.
